Hilton Ekelen Woodcock

Private Woodcock served with Company I, 116th Infantry Regiment, 29th Division.
Before the war, “Hicky” worked for Wortendyke Manufacturing Company and got married. He received his infantry training at Camp Wheeler, Georgia, and was sent to England in May 1944.
He was killed in action in France and he is buried in Maury Cemetery, Richmond, Virginia.
