The Virginia War Memorial offers homeschool students of all ages the opportunity to enjoy the exhibits and resources of the Memorial during a FREE program each Fall. Our Homeschool Days present a variety of hands-on activities, crafts, and games pertaining to war in the 20th century, allow students and parents to meet World War II, Korea, and Vietnam era veterans, learn more about the meaning of war and peace from living historians, and include tours of the Memorial and the Shrine of Memory.
Check out the full schedule for the day to pick and choose programs that are most interesting to you and your family, and take the time to see a variety of films and exhibits while you’re here!
