Military Makers Market Vendor Application 2025

October 4, 2025 – 9 am to 4 pm.

 

Application Deadline: June 30, 2025

This Market is designed to promote small craft businesses owned and operated by Veterans or Active Military family members. Due to this being the inaugural year of the Military Makers Market, space is limited. If your application is accepted a link will be sent to you to pay the $10 registration fee and sign a liability waiver.

Vendors must be in place 30 minutes prior to event start time. Spaces are 6×9 or a single 6-foot table. All displays must be properly secured during the market and removed on same day as the market. No displays or merchandise may be attached to walls. All vendors MUST provide their own table coverings.

The Virginia War Memorial (VWM) will not be held responsible for the collection of applicable sales tax. The Virginia War Memorial, its staff and directors, are not liable for the actions of any third parties, including guests and vendors, at the Military Makers Market.

No-Shows, Cancellations, & Refund Request Policy: Market is held indoors rain or shine. No refunds are provided for Vendor no-show. Vendors must give advance notice for non-emergency absences. If Market is cancelled in advance for any reason, including predicted severe weather, and/or if the VWM is unable to offer a make-good date, “registration” fees may be refunded partially or in full.

NOT PERMITTED:

Political or religious literature or signage, generators, flames, unlicensed logos, CBD vendors or products. All consumable items must abide by VA Cottage Laws.
