Join the 2024 Virginia War Memorial Cheer Squad for the Richmond Marathon
Join friends, volunteers, and active-duty military at the Virginia War Memorial for the 2024 Allianz Partners Richmond Marathon.
The Virginia War Memorial is located at Mile 16 of the Richmond Marathon. The Memorial staff works with partners and volunteers from Ft. Gregg-Adams, Sportsbackers, and Virginia Housing to host the BEST Cheer Station, Water Station, and Junk Food Station along the course.
Last year we were one of the biggest cheer squads on the entire course, coming in 4th in the spirit contest and this year we aim to be larger, louder, and prouder!
