From the Collection: Curators’ Favorites
Have you ever wondered about the items that are stored in a museum’s collection?
Take a behind the scenes look at artifacts from the collections of the museums of the Virginia WWII Heritage Alliance. Each participating museum will be sharing one of their curator’s favorite objects from the collection.
This free program will be available on Facebook Live as a recording after the fact on both the Virginia WWII Heritage Alliance Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Participating museums include Hampton Roads Naval Museum, the MacArthur Memorial, the Military Aviation Museum, the National D-Day Memorial, the Stonewall Brigade Museum, the Virginia Holocaust Museum, and the Virginia War Memorial.
