ONLINE – From Paratrooping to Playwriting: A Veteran’s Insights
As we commemorate Women’s History Month, we invite you for an interview with Rachel Landsee, an Army veteran, who will discuss her path from serving in war, courtrooms, and airborne operations to a writing life.
Landsee is a student of the Virginia War Memorial Foundation’s Mighty Pen Project, a program that offers free college-level writing classes to veterans and their families. Her one-act play SOAR was written through the Mighty Pen Project class and came to life last fall as part of the theatrical production “War in Pieces.”
This online event is free and open to the public, however registration is required.
