Love Letters in the Midst of War
Are you looking for an educational way to kick off your Valentine’s Day weekend? (Honestly, who isn’t?)
Join us Friday, February 12 at 4pm for a romance-themed livestream.
Being separated from loved ones is always difficult, but the pressures and uncertainty of war add extra challenges to maintaining relationships. Archivist Heidi Sheldon and Director of Education Jim Triesler will add some history and information to your romantic weekend by sharing stories of love, longing, and loss between service members and their sweethearts.
All livestreams are free and open to the public, though registration is required.
