Colonel Cam Torrens, U.S. Air Force
Over a 30-year Air Force career, Cam Torrens delivered combat supplies and personnel across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He piloted the first mobility aircraft into Iraq during the Iraq War, served as the United States Air Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China, and spent four years as the Professor of Aerospace Studies at Virginia Tech. The father of six, he and his wife live in Buena Vista, Colorado, where he is an active member of Chaffee County Search and Rescue, the library board, the Central Colorado Writers, and Scout Troop 60 in Salida, Colorado. Cam is the author of the award-winning Tyler Zahn suspense/thriller series, published through Black Rose Writing.
