2024 Hill of Heroes Installation Volunteers

On Friday, June 28, friends and volunteers will come together at the Virginia War Memorial to help plant 12,000 American Flags on the hill alongside the Shrine of Memory. The 12,000 flags honor the nearly 12,000 Virginians killed in service to the country from World War II through the present day.

The next day, Saturday, June 29, we will host a community celebration of service with music, crafts, educational activities, and more!
