John William Wightman, Jr.

Lieutenant Junior Grade Wightman was a 1941 graduate of the University of Virginia where he played on the basketball team for three years. He trained at Pensacola Naval Air Station.

He is buried in Emmanuel Episcopal Church Cemetery, Henrico, Virginia.
